TSDA Congenital Curriculum

The Society of Thoracic Surgeons (STS) makes available a Congenital Curriculum. Assignments are a supplement to a fellow’s program curriculum and include readings for congenital fellows, faculty, and others interested in congenital heart surgery. The Congenital Curriculum is housed in the STS Learning Management System which houses a wealth of educational materials, textbooks, videos, and case presentations. Program directors and coordinators easily can set up a 1-year curriculum for congenital cardiac surgery fellows.

The Congenital Curriculum currently is accessible only by cardiothoracic surgery residency and fellowship program directors, coordinators, faculty, residents, and fellows at ACGME-accredited programs. If you already have a login, check out the new content that is available. If you don’t have a login, click SIGN-IN at the top right corner of the website, and then click REQUEST SITE ACCESS. For more information about the LMS, contact Lauren Aloia at laloia@sts.org.
