 In figure H the right coronary ostia is anastomosed side-to-side to the Dacron graft. Figure J depicts the distal anastomosis being constructed with a running 3-0 polypropylene suture. The aneurysm wall is then loosely tacked over the Dacron graft to seal off the graft in the event of a sternal infection.
